这里是什么样子
从古城东南角到平河之间的一条地带，以夜市为中心，一年里每个傍晚都在营业。夜市往里走很快就变成居住区：一条条住家巷子、卡孔生鲜市场，还有早上六点就开门的小厨房。
我们管理的房源就在这里，这也是我们了解得比别处都细的一片清迈。我们为自家客人写的向导手册，这一区的条目比其余七个区加起来还多，从最近的药店到要排队的考索面店都有。
穿区而过的湄卡运河已改造成沿河步道，改变了沿线几个街区的气质。大路上的酒店带来车流，也带来了对外出售日票的健身房、按摩店和泳池。

以下是我们的判断，不是事实陈述。客人问我们该选哪个区时，我们就是这样回答的。
- 希望古城和河都在步行范围内的客人。
- 愿意跟着街坊吃，而不是跟着旅游书吃的人。
- 为夜市而来，或者在意深夜有东西吃的行程。
- 不太适合全天都要安静的客人。昌康路是主干道，靠夜市那几个街区不会早早安静下来。
